The study center of the company «Donskoy Tabak» was founded in 2002 and embodies a many year experience and traditions of the company in the sphere of staff education and development. The center is the first corporate educational establishment in the South of Russia. The main activities of the center are: professional education, retraining, upgrading, training consulting of the specialists of the company «Donskoy Tabak». «Donskoy Tabak» corporate policy in staff education is aimed at the professional training of workers in all fields in order to increase competitive capacity and to perfect the personnel management system of the company. The programs include both short-term and long-term courses and trainings and are arranged proceeding from the educational needs of a given worker. Among the center teachers there are highly qualified specialists who have worked at the company for many years and who know the principles of production, as well as university teachers, consultants and coaches experienced at working with Russian and international companies.
