Main charitable activities of the Company are the following:

- The employees are transported to the industrial area of the left bank of the river Don by the Company motor transport.

In 2006 the amount of the Company welfare benefits was 12,5 million rubles. The Company pays social grants to the employees' children excellent students, give presents to schoolchildren, who finish academic year with excellent and good results, honored students.
There is a polyclinic and recreation centers and camps for the Company employees and their family members. In 2006 2 423 people stayed at the Company recreation center in the village Tsandrypsh (Republic of Abkhazia).
Every year the Company buys packages for the recreation camps for children.
The polyclinic of the Company «Donskoy Tabak» provides its employees with consultations and treatment, medical support for pensioners. All medical costs are paid by the Company.
There is a kindergarten for the Company employees children. All kindergarten costs are paid by «Donskoy Tabak». The Company pays grants for the newly-born and newly-married.
In 2002 «Donskoy Tabak» founded a decoration «Golden fund of «Donskoy Tabak». This honorary reward has become a symbol of the highest honor and recognition of the Company employees. It is awarded for conscientious and distinguished work at the Company, labor achievements. Besides, the laureates get a bonus and a monthly salary rise. After retiring every owner of the decoration get a pension mark.
Every year the Company «Donskoy Tabak» organizes the Victory Day celebration for the veterans of the World war II. The celebration traditionally takes place at the Gorky Drama Theatre.
There is also a charitable fund for the plant pensioners, who do not work, where they get welfare assistance every three months.
