The said objective is achieved by the following means:

• development and production of popular cigarette lines;
• presence of our products in all price segments of the market;
• widening of the sales territory of the product;
• increasing the export sales volume;
• cooperation with individual customers in producing their brands or brands according to their wishes.

We implement it in four main ways:

• the product quality conforms the law requirements, external norms, as well as internal norms of the company; the quality level is kept constant, which is achieved by improving the technological processes, technical support of equipment operation, using the raw materials and materials of the required characteristics, and following the equipment modernization program;
• the quality of managerial decisions, when the supposed result is achieved by fulfilling the task given;
• the business-process quality, which implies improving the efficiency figures of the processes while fulfilling the tasks, and trying to improve all indices on a constant long-term basis;
• the personnel’s quality of living is provided by ensuring safe and comfortable working conditions for the personnel, a competitive pay, motivation programs, education and development.

The company’s ideology is aimed at that every worker must try to contribute to improving the quality by offering and introducing various innovations.

Top managers of the company taking onto themselves the responsibility for implementing the policy also take an obligation to ensure its understanding by all workers, to work towards constant improving of the QMS in correspondence with ISO 9001-2000 standard, and to realization of goals and tasks proceeding from the Policy.
